James Franco has been in the financial services and tax industry for 30+ years. With a license in taxes, securities and insurance, his focus has been how to maintain his client’s portfolio and their estate, tax efficient. 

James combines tax, financial and estate planning. He believes that all financial decisions should be made only after the three disciplines have been considered. A tax return analysis and application of these three disciplines, typically results in significant tax savings.

By partnering with outside law firms that are top in the fields of Trusts, Taxation and Estate Planning, James begins the process by reviewing the clients' tax returns to see where the deficiencies are. A comparison of the clients' tax return with a mock-up of what their tax return should look like is drawn up to show the impact of the possible corrections. Once the corrections are implemented, many clients have enjoyed a reduction in taxes.

James graduated with a bachelors degree from California State University, Nothridge.

Married with four children, James enjoys spending time with his family as well as activities such as hiking and swimming.
